Home Markets was established on the Central Coast’s Bouddi Peninsula in the midst of the 2021 nation-wide lock-downs to improve mental health, foster a sense of connection and support individual, family and community wellbeing.
The Trail
'Trails' are the signature feature of Home Markets...the unique walk-around-town market experience (rather than an event in a single location) where locals open up 'shop' on their homes & properties from 10am-2pm on a Sunday, showcasing their hand-made, home-grown or pre-loved offerings and promoting their home-based services.
Many Trails also feature other new or established community initatives like Rural Fire Services, Local Art Shows & School P&C Fundraisers.

By using the Map you can create your own trail by choosing the Home Stalls that you'd like to visit and explore your local Home Markets trail your way. Trails are fabulous opportunities to get out and about, meet people in your community, start sourcing your goods & services more locally & simply enjoy a return to that 'Village Life' vibe.

The Goods & Services Directory compliments the physical trail experiences, prodiving a virtual trail of all registered Home Stalls.
You can search the directory by area, service or product and your nearest Home Stall will display...affording you an opportunity to really shop local!
The Home Stalls
Home Stalls are simply that...a market 'stall' set up at your home (usually out the front of your property) where you sell, swap or share your hand-made, home-grown or pre-loved goods or promote home-based services. A Home Stall might be super simple- think a trestle table or a few crates with a piece of fabric thrown over...or it might be a fancier affair with outdoor shelving, cabanas or other creative set-ups.
